Fire News : Ancestral home burnt

PONTIAN - Eight children in the village of Mori Andek Serkat , Serkat , left with strikes after their dwellings on fire , the incident last night.

Khamisah said villagers tried to help fight fire with water splashing , but the fire continued to burn the wooden house was blazing .
He worked as a cleaner , said the money saved in the closet of RM1, 500 for daily expenses the family also burnt .
Obviously, the fire had caused him a loss RM70 , 000 .
" For the time being , I stay in the house and her sister is next to our house," he said.

Meanwhile, Commander Operation New Fire Station Pontian , Khairuddin Atan said a total of 13 members with two engine rushed to the scene after receiving a distress call at about 8:38 pm.
" Members of the New Fire Station and Jalan Pontian Al - Sagoff arrived at the scene at approximately 9:07 pm.
"The small village roads cause fire engines can not enter the area of the burning house . Almost all the houses have been burnt and the cause of the incident is still under investigation , " he said.
